Kuala Lumpur:Police have dismissed racial and gang-related motives in a recent altercation involving a group outside a cafe in Desa Tun Razak, Sungai Besi.
According to BERNAMA News Agency, Cheras police chief ACP Mohd Rosdi Daud stated that preliminary investigations indicate the incident stemmed from a business turf dispute. However, investigations are ongoing to determine the exact cause. The public is advised not to speculate as the investigation continues.
Nine individuals, including a woman aged between 16 and 44, have been arrested to assist in the investigation. Several items believed to have been used in the incident were seized. Two of the arrested individuals, aged 32 and 44, have been identified as the main suspects.
