PMB Investment Announces 8.88 Sen Distribution for Shariah Growth Fund

Kuala lumpur: PMB Investment Bhd has announced an income distribution of 8.88 sen per unit for its PMB Shariah Growth Fund for the financial year ended February 28, 2026, totaling a gross distribution of RM10,593,976.21.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, PMB Investment stated that the net asset value (NAV) per unit before the distribution was RM1.6676, which adjusted to RM1.5788 after the distribution. The distribution, based on the ex-date of February 28, 2025, represents a yield of 5.73 percent, calculated on the closing NAV per unit.

PMB Investment's chief executive officer, Hang Tuah Amin Tajudin, noted that the PMB Shariah Growth Fund achieved a one-year return of 7.55 percent and a three-year return of 21.44 percent as of February 28, 2026. This performance highlights the fund's resilience through varying market cycles.

The fund's portfolio strategically allocates 80 percent to 99.5 percent of its NAV to shariah-compliant equities and equity-related securities, with the remaining investment in Islamic money market instruments, deposits, sukuk, and other permissible investments. This allocation is continuously optimized to navigate evolving economic landscapes.
