PM Anwar Urges Youth To Drive Change Amid Challenges


Kuala Lumpur: Young people must emerge as agents of change in facing current challenges, grounded in spirit, courage and idealism to build a fairer, more prosperous and competitive nation, said Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim. The Prime Minister emphasized the need for informed, principled, and visionary youth who can steer clear of divisive polemics.



According to BERNAMA News Agency, the Prime Minister made these remarks in a Facebook post on National Youth Day. He called upon the youth to channel their energy and expertise toward solving the nation’s issues, advocating for truth and justice, and rejecting any form of power abuse.



He further stated, ‘The government is committed to empowering youth through various initiatives, including in education, employment opportunities, innovation, and leadership.’ The Prime Minister highlighted the importance of integrity and courage among the younger generation, asserting that the future of Malaysia is intertwined with the aspirations and actions of its youth.
