Subang jaya: Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim expressed his hopes that the Little Entrepreneurs Day at a nursery in Subang Jaya, Selangor, would offer a meaningful experience and spark interest in business among children from a young age.
According to BERNAMA News Agency, Anwar shared on Facebook that a child from Taska As Sakeenah had invited him to the event. Although unable to attend due to his commitments in Brunei Darussalam, where he is leading the national delegation, he ensured his presence was felt by sending an officer, Raimi Ab Rahim, to represent him. Raimi delivered a small contribution and warm greetings from "Uncle Anwar" to the children and participants.
Anwar emphasized the importance of the event in fostering early business interests, advising children to save from any profits they might make. He expressed his wish for the children to grow into hardworking individuals who contribute positively to their families and communities.
The Prime Minister is currently in Bandar Seri Begawan for a two-day working visit, attending the 27th Annual Leaders' Consultations (ALC-27) between Malaysia and Brunei.
