PM Anwar Extends Aid To Woman With Optic Nerve Problems

Kuantan: Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim has extended a contribution to Seripah Awang Bakar, who suffers from optic nerve problems and the loss of a leg due to health complications.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, the contribution was presented by the Prime Minister’s Political Secretary, Datuk Ahmad Farhan Fauzi, during a visit to her home located in Jalan Masjid Balok, Kuantan, Pahang.

Ahmad Farhan shared on Facebook that while the aid might not alleviate all of Seripah’s challenges, it is hoped that it will provide some form of relief for her. “Although the world is fading and her steps are becoming limited, she is still determined and resilient in facing life’s challenges,” he commented in the post, which was subsequently shared by Anwar.

Additionally, Ahmad Farhan expressed his hopes for Seripah’s improved health and prayed that all her affairs would be facilitated, asking Allah SWT to continue blessing her with strength.
