Bangkok: PJBumi Bhd’s wholly owned subsidiary, PJBumi Heavy Engineering and Services Sdn Bhd, has secured a RM23.46 million design-and-build contract for an industrial development in Sungai Petani, Kedah: PJBumi Bhd’s wholly owned subsidiary, PJBumi Heavy Engineering and Services Sdn Bhd, has secured a RM23.46 million design-and-build contract for an industrial development in Sungai Petani, Kedah.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, the company announced in a filing to Bursa Malaysia that its subsidiary has accepted the Letter of Acceptance (LOA) for the design-and-build contract following its tender submission on December 6, 2025.

The contract, which is based on the Public Works Department design-and-build form, involves the construction of 22 one-and-a-half-storey terraced industrial units on Lot PT 60594, Mukim Sungai Petani, in the Kuala Muda district.

PJBumi stated that the award is expected to positively impact earnings and net assets per share from the financial year ending June 30, 2026, onwards.
