Paramount Property Offers ‘Asia Miles’ For Homebuyers

Kuala lumpur: Paramount Property Bhd has launched Traverse with Paramount, a unique homeownership campaign that offers rewards of up to 40,000 Asia Miles to homebuyers. Paramount Property chief executive officer Chee Siew Pin announced that the campaign, running from July 1 to December 31, 2025, involves collaboration with partners including Cathay Pacific, Hong Kong Express, and over 20 partner airlines.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, the campaign rewards property purchases ranging from RM300,000 to RM800,000 with about 10,000 miles, while purchases of RM3 million and above will earn around 40,000 miles. These miles can be redeemed for travel, food and beverages, or hotel stays where Cathay has collaborations. Chee Siew Pin emphasized that the campaign not only celebrates significant milestones for buyers but also offers them the chance to explore new places and create memorable experiences.

In a statement, the company highlighted that homebuyers could earn up to 40,000 Asia Miles per purchase across eight participating developments in strategic locations such as Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Klang, Cyberjaya, Sungai Petani, and Penang, subject to terms and conditions. To illustrate, a one-way economy class flight to Hong Kong via Cathay Pacific typically requires just 9,000 miles. Paramount Property plans to offer a total of eight million Asia Miles during this campaign, underscoring its scale and ambition.

Robbie Blackwood, Cathay’s area head for Malaysia and Brunei, mentioned that buyers have the option to combine their miles with cash when making purchases, providing flexibility if they lack the exact number of miles. Customers can redeem their miles for over 10,000 items on the Cathay shop and across more than 20 partner airlines. Cathay will also begin departures from the Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport next month, enhancing connectivity to Hong Kong and East Asia, complementing its existing services from Penang International Airport.
