Subang jaya: OSK Holdings Bhd’s indirect 99.96 per cent subsidiary, Perspektif Vista Sdn Bhd, has signed a sale and purchase agreement with Tropicana Metropark Sdn Bhd to acquire 1.34 hectares of freehold land in Subang Jaya for RM44 million.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, the conglomerate stated that the acquisition, situated within the established Tropicana Metropark masterplan, marks a significant step in bolstering OSK Property’s presence in the mature and highly sought-after township.

The development is set to feature serviced apartment residences targeting young homebuyers, with an estimated gross development value of RM427 million.

OSK Holdings deputy group managing director Ong Ju Xing highlighted the acquisition as a testament to OSK Property’s confidence in Subang Jaya’s resilience and market potential. He emphasized that Subang Jaya is one of the most mature and vibrant townships in the Klang Valley, offering excellent connectivity and a robust ecosystem of amenities.

Ong Ju Xing added that they anticipate continued demand for well-connected, lifestyle-oriented developments, particularly among buyers seeking the right balance of value and quality living.
