Bangsar:Nexus Bangsar OE EduGroup (OE) has announced a comprehensive transformation to mark its 10th anniversary, transitioning from an 'entrepreneurial education platform' to an 'Asian entrepreneurial ecosystem'. This milestone was celebrated at the OE EduGroup CEO Alumni Summit, which gathered nearly 1,000 participants, including CEO alumni, entrepreneurs, mentors, and business community members.
According to BERNAMA News Agency, OE chairman Datuk Dr. Calvin Khiu outlined the transformation's goal to offer more robust support for business growth, focusing on team development, sales, branding, industry resources, capital planning, and succession. The initiative, termed 'One Ecosystem, Five Growth Systems', aims to help entrepreneurs establish more structured and sustainable businesses.
The five growth systems will emphasize education, branding, industry, capital, and succession, promoting leadership development and business network expansion. This approach is intended to reduce reliance on individual business owners by encouraging team-based capabilities.
The summit featured industry insights from alumni and the launch of the book "Triple Win Mindset", promoting shared value creation. OE also introduced a recognition programme valued at RM2 million, including the '10th Anniversary Appreciation Mystery Box'.
OE's future plans include developing the 'OE ASIA HUB', a platform to connect entrepreneurs with strategic partners and foster cross-industry collaboration, enhancing competitiveness through stronger networks across Asia.
