Mother Demands Justice Following Fatal Three-Vehicle Crash

Seremban: The mother of Mohammad Aidil Ramdan Mohd Hisham, 15, who died in a three-vehicle crash at Jalan Persiaran Senawang 1 on Thursday, is demanding justice over his death. Haslinda Jupri, 44, expressed her grief and determination to seek justice for her eldest child while dealing with the injuries sustained by her youngest, Mohammad Asraf Adha, 14, who is currently receiving treatment at Tuanku Ja’afar Hospital.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, Haslinda stated, “I can’t just let someone who did this be. one of my children is gone (Mohammad Aidil Ramdan), I won’t keep silent, I want justice for my son, that’s what I really want.” She shared her relief that Mohammad Asraf Adha, though injured with a broken leg, is in stable condition but will require surgery on his thigh before being discharged.

The single mother mentioned her acceptance of the tragic event but expressed difficulty in forgiving the other party involved. The crash resulted in the deaths of Mohammad Aidil Ramdan and another 16-year-old, who were on a Modenas Kriss, and Aisar Azim Abdullah, 17, who was riding a Honda Vario. The collision occurred when a Honda Jazz failed to stop at a traffic light junction, leading to the fatal crash.

Preliminary investigations indicate that the Honda Jazz, driven by an 18-year-old with a 17-year-old passenger, was traveling from Paroi to Senawang when it collided with the motorcycles. Mohammad Asraf, a pillion rider on the Honda Vario, along with the driver and passenger of the Honda Jazz, are still undergoing treatment.

Meanwhile, Khairul Nizam Mohd Sopery, president of Pertubuhan Briged Negaraku, announced that the association is prepared to offer free legal services to the families of the victims. He emphasized the importance of focusing on the recovery of the second child before proceeding with legal matters.
