Kuala lumpur: The Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture (MOTAC) has revoked the licence of Winborneo Leisure Tour Sdn Bhd (Company No: 1235228-D), as of yesterday. The decision was made following a review of the company's compliance with legal provisions.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, MOTAC announced that the action was taken by the Tourism Commissioner under the authority of Section 8 of the Tourism Industry Act 1992 (Act 482). The Ministry emphasized the importance of adhering to the legal frameworks established to protect the welfare and interests of the people of MADANI Malaysia.

The revocation highlights MOTAC's commitment to ensuring that tourism operators comply with the regulations set forth to maintain industry standards.
