More Targeted Content To Address People’s Needs At Terengganu PMR 2025

Terengganu: The fourth edition of the MADANI Rakyat Programme (PMR) 2025, to be held in Terengganu from July 10 to 12, aims to reflect the government’s aspirations by emphasising public involvement in national development initiatives and enhancing the well-being of the people. The event is set to take place at Pasar Kedai Payang and will feature a variety of activities catered to address local community needs.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, the Performance Acceleration and Coordination Unit (PACU) of the Prime Minister’s Office, which serves as the main secretariat for PMR 2025, has announced that the three-day programme will offer more targeted content. This includes booths providing government services at both federal and state levels. Strategic collaboration with the Works Ministry and the Implementation Coordination Unit of the Prime Minister’s Department (ICU JPM) will bring engaging activities to the event. These activities include community well-being initiatives, MADANI sales, traffic summons counters by the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM), health screenings, job opportunities, and helmet exchange programmes by the Road Transport Department (JPJ).

The programme encourages the public to take advantage of the various government services and activities available throughout the event. It will be open from 9 am to 10 pm on Thursday and Friday, and from 9 am to 6 pm on Saturday. Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim is expected to officiate the closing ceremony on July 12, which will also be attended by key leaders from both the Federal and state governments.
