Hong kong: Mongolian Mining Corporation has released a profit alert indicating a substantial turnaround in its financial performance for the first half of 2026. The company's board of directors has announced that, based on a preliminary review of the Group's unaudited consolidated management accounts and currently available information, the Group anticipates reporting a consolidated net profit ranging between approximately USD100.0 million and USD110.0 million. This marks a significant improvement compared to the consolidated net loss of USD19.9 million recorded for the same period in 2025.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, this announcement was made in compliance with Rule 13.09(2)(a) of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and the Inside Information Provisions under Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance. The company's improved financial outlook is noteworthy for shareholders and potential investors, reflecting a considerable shift in its financial health over the past year.
