Kuala lumpur: MoneyHero Limited (MoneyHero) has launched Project Odyssey, a group-wide artificial intelligence (AI) initiative intended to accelerate revenue growth and expand operating margins through intelligent automation and conversational product experiences. The launch marks a significant step for the company in its pursuit of financial growth and technological advancement in the region.
According to BERNAMA News Agency, the launch of Project Odyssey follows a period of strong financial momentum, as the company’s top-line revenue grew by more than 20 percent quarter-on-quarter from the first quarter to the second quarter of 2025. This growth was driven by higher conversions across credit card, personal loan, and insurance verticals, positioning the company favorably in the competitive Southeast Asian market.
With this acceleration, MoneyHero remains on track to achieve positive adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA) and generate free cash flow in the later part of 2025. The company’s financial stability is supported by a solid balance sheet, boasting approximately US$30 million in cash and cash equivalents as of June 30.
In conjunction with the launch, MoneyHero has started the deployment of its AI-powered Car Insurance SaverBot Beta on WhatsApp in Singapore, with full deployment anticipated in 2026. Early pilot testing reveals that users can complete quotes in under three minutes, a significant improvement from the traditional eight to twelve-minute timeframe using web forms.

The Car Insurance SaverBot Beta facilitates real-time comparison of car insurance policies through natural conversation. It allows users to understand key policy benefits, access more detailed information, and complete the purchase of a selected policy option that aligns with their needs.
MoneyHero is set to report its third-quarter 2025 financial results in early December, providing further updates on the development of Project Odyssey and its anticipated financial impact through 2026.
