Kuala lumpur: A total of 105 healthcare workers have been given acting appointments, while 38 have been promoted to Public Sector Senior Management (JUSA) grade, the Ministry of Health (MOH) said in a statement today.
According to BERNAMA News Agency, the ministry highlighted that the recognition was based on the performance, dedication, and significant contributions of the staff to the national healthcare service. The exercise involves various service schemes and is being carried out in phases, depending on vacancies and service needs.
The move aligns with efforts to strengthen organisational leadership to ensure that the delivery of healthcare services remains efficient and effective. The MOH emphasized that this recognition reflects its commitment to a transparent, merit-based career pathway for its workforce.
