MN Holdings Gets SC Nod For Main Market Transfer

Kuala lumpur: MN Holdings Bhd has secured approval from the Securities Commission Malaysia (SC) for its proposed transfer to the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd from the ACE Market.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, the infrastructure utilities construction and engineering solutions specialist announced that the SC granted the approval in a letter dated July 16, 2026. The proposed transfer is still subject to the fulfilment of the remaining regulatory requirements and approvals, including those of Bursa Malaysia Securities.

He emphasized that this move places MN Holdings in a stronger position to capture opportunities arising from Malaysia's continued investment in power infrastructure, data centres, renewable energy, water, gas, and utilities-related developments.
