Kuala lumpur: Mesiniaga Bhd has secured a significant contract valued at RM39.99 million to develop a centralized server infrastructure for the pharmacy information system (PhIS) version 3.0 from Pharmaniaga Logistics Sdn Bhd.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, in a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, Mesiniaga Bhd reported that it had accepted the contract on July 2, 2026. The company's board of directors emphasized that the contract aligns with the ordinary course of business and serves the best interests of the company.

The contract is anticipated to boost the group's earnings and net assets starting from the financial year ending December 31, 2026, continuing until the project's completion on June 30, 2030. Notably, the agreement does not include an automatic renewal clause.
