MCMC Takes Proactive Steps To Ensure Seamless Connectivity During Thaipusam

Batu Caves: The Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) has taken proactive steps by directing service providers to ensure seamless telecommunication services during the Thaipusam celebration at Batu Caves, Selangor.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, Deputy Communications Minister Teo Nie Ching stated that MCMC and major service providers have conducted a comprehensive network assessment in the area since February 5. This initiative aims to ensure the Thaipusam celebration at Batu Caves proceeds smoothly without any network issues.

With over 1.8 million visitors, including foreign tourists, expected to attend this year’s Thaipusam at Batu Caves, stable connectivity is crucial.
