The council emphasized that any disputes or allegations should be reported through an official complaint to enable a thorough investigation based on evidence and facts.
The statement further warned that spreading unverified information could mislead the public and disrupt legitimate enforcement efforts. MBSP reaffirmed its commitment to accountability and integrity, stressing that any form of misconduct by its personnel would not be tolerated and that disciplinary action would follow any breach of the code of conduct.
The council also reiterated its dedication to carrying out enforcement duties responsibly, firmly, and transparently, with the objective of safeguarding public interests and ensuring the city’s sustainability.
