Kuala lumpur: Mavenir, a provider of cloud-native, artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled mobile network software, and Sanas, a real-time Speech AI platform for enterprise and global communications, have partnered to integrate Sanas' Speech AI into Mavenir's MAVcore Voice AI portfolio.
According to BERNAMA News Agency, the integration will enable communication service providers to deliver AI-powered voice services directly from mobile core networks, including real-time translation, speech enhancement, and deepfake detection. Pardeep Kohli, Mavenir's President and Chief Executive Officer, stated that the partnership with Sanas allows operators to transform voice from a connectivity service into a monetisable, AI-powered experience.
Sanas Co-Founder and CEO, Sharath Keshava Narayana, mentioned that the partnership would introduce a new layer of intelligence into carrier networks to enhance communication quality, strengthen security, and create new opportunities for operators. Mavenir highlighted that the technology can conduct calls in a caller's preferred language while maintaining HD Voice quality, adhering to data-residency, regulatory, and sovereign AI requirements.
The Speech AI platform from Sanas facilitates real-time communication across languages, accents, and environments. Through its Language Assist partnership with MicroAutomation, the technology aids 911 dispatchers in hearing callers in English without the need for an interpreter or delay. Furthermore, the partnership aims to tackle voice-cloning fraud, with Sanas' technology offering deepfake detection and fraud-signal capabilities to help operators identify synthetic-voice attacks.
The joint solution will be managed through Mavenir's AI Agent Studio, enabling operators to manage services, optimise costs, and develop new conversational AI applications. Mavenir and Sanas will initiate joint technical validation, with commercial availability for operators to follow.
