Maiden HPMKUSKOP@MAHA Site Targets RM500,000 In Sales

Kuala lumpur: The Ministry of Entrepreneur and Cooperatives Development (KUSKOP) is aiming for RM500,000 in sales at its newly launched HPMKUSKOP@MAHA 2026 site during the ongoing Malaysia Agriculture, Horticulture and Agrotourism Show (MAHA) 2026.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, Minister Steven Sim announced that the site, making its inaugural appearance at the biennial event, has already achieved sales exceeding RM110,000 as of yesterday. "This year, KUSKOP has been allocated one pavilion where we have brought together approximately 66 companies, cooperatives, and micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) to showcase their offerings at MAHA 2026," Sim stated. The minister further shared that the site has welcomed over 100,000 visitors in the past few days.

Sim expressed his appreciation for MAHA 2026, describing it as a significant event, and extended his gratitude to the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security, under the leadership of Minister Datuk Seri Mohamad Sabu, for successfully organizing the event. The current edition of MAHA 2026, themed "Value Creation for Food Security," features around 2,000 exhibitors and aims to attract more than four million visitors.
