Madison International Realty Expands in Asia with New South Korean Office and Leadership Appointment

Seoul: Madison International Realty, a real estate private equity firm, announced its expansion in Asia with the appointment of Jun Park as Head of South Korea and the opening of its first office in the country, located in central Seoul. This marks Madison’s eighth global office and second in Asia, following the launch of its Singapore office in April.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, Park will lead the firm’s efforts to engage with investors in South Korea from the new Seoul office, which is scheduled to open in the second quarter. As a senior leader, Park will collaborate with Madison’s President and Founder Ron Dickerman, global co-heads of equity capital markets Evan Abrams and Michael Siefert, and Head of Asia Yichao Mark to drive the firm’s growth strategy in the region. The immediate focus will be on providing local service to existing South Korean clients and expanding investor relationships within the country and the broader region. In the future, Park will also explore potential capital deployment strategies in the area.
