Kuala lumpur: The Royal Malaysian Police (PDRM) confirmed that it has conducted inspections of several premises belonging to a businessman following allegations of corporate manipulation linked to the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC). Inspector-General of Police Datuk Seri Mohd Khalid Ismail stated that the investigation is being led by the Bukit Aman Anti-Money Laundering (AMLA) Special Task Force.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, the police have taken action at various premises associated with the businessman in question. Inspector-General Mohd Khalid Ismail emphasized that the matter remains under investigation and assured that any developments will be communicated through a press conference. The announcement was made at a press conference held at the Putrajaya district police headquarters.
