Kuala Lumpur Park Festival 2025 Ready To Welcome Visitors This Friday

Kuala lumpur: Preparations for the Kuala Lumpur Park Festival 2025 (KLPF) at Taman Tasik Titiwangsa here are progressing smoothly, ready to welcome visitors from Oct 17 to 26.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) landscape architect Muhammad Aiman Abdul Hakim mentioned that this year’s festival holds special significance as the capital city will be in the global spotlight in conjunction with the ASEAN Summit 2025. The festival is targeting a turnout of 250,000 visitors over the 10-day event and features 12 components including the Malaysian Heritage Garden, KL Balcony Competition, Nature Sculpture Art, Mystical Titiwangsa, and others.

The festival will open to the public this Friday, with free admission. Free parking will be available around the lake park, and shuttle services will be provided to transport visitors to the event site. Earlier, Kuala Lumpur mayor Datuk Seri Dr Maimunah Mohd Sharif highlighted that this year’s KLPF emphasizes the theme ‘ASEAN: Unity in Diversity’ with four pillars: Sustainable Living, Cultural Expression, Community Participation, and Nature-Based Innovation.

Open from 9 am to 11 pm, the festival’s main attractions include the ASEAN Marketplace bazaar, featuring over 100 stalls offering halal food, plants, arts, and crafts. Additionally, outdoor activities such as glamping, water sports, e-sports, traditional games, and knowledge-sharing sessions with renowned local and international experts will be held to enrich the visitor experience.
