Kuala lumpur: KPJ Healthcare Bhd president and managing director (MD) Chin Keat Chyuan, 52, has resigned from his positions, effective Sept 1, 2026, to pursue other interests.
According to BERNAMA News Agency, in a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, the private healthcare provider announced that chief medical director Professor Datuk Dr Hanafiah Harunarashid will assume the role of officer-in-charge, effective Sept 1, 2026. This arrangement will remain in place pending the appointment of a new president and MD.
KPJ's 2025 annual report noted that Chin was appointed president and MD effective Sept 1, 2023.
