KPF Disburses RM1.21 Billion to Members Over Five-Year Period

Kuala lumpur: Koperasi Permodalan Felda Malaysia Bhd (KPF) has distributed a total of RM1.21 billion to its members for share withdrawal applications and annual dividends from 2020 to November 30, 2025, as stated by Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, the total amount of share withdrawal applications received from members during this period was RM909.85 million, involving 30,343 members. Ahmad Zahid disclosed that the applications processed and paid amounted to RM547.16 million, involving 20,143 members. The remaining RM362.69 million for 10,220 members, covering applications from 2024 to November 2025, is currently being disbursed in stages, based on the current cash flow. Priority for payments is given to critical and urgent cases.

Ahmad Zahid's written response, published on the Parliament website, addressed a question from Kamal Ashaari (PN-Kuala Krau) regarding the government's steps to ensure KPF settles overdue share sale payments, which have impacted the welfare of members, including senior citizens and Felda settlers. Ahmad Zahid also reported that KPF paid annual dividends totaling RM659.7 million at rates between five and seven percent during the same period.

Additionally, an Investment Asset Rationalisation Plan is underway to fulfill members' share withdrawal claims and restructure investment assets for sustainable long-term income. Part of this plan was finalized in 2025, generating RM239 million in income. This revenue was allocated for 2024 dividends amounting to RM129 million and share withdrawal payments of RM82 million. The remaining rationalisation plan involves the disposal of some plantation and property assets.
