Kuala lumpur: FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures were lower in early trade on Thursday. At 9.19 am, the December 2025 and June 2026 contracts slipped 3.0 points each to 1,638.0 and 1,628.50, respectively. January 2026 fell 2.5 points to 1,641.50, and March 2026 slid 2.0 points to 1,626.50.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, turnover stood at 1,139 lots, with open interest at 39,317 contracts. The benchmark FBM KLCI dropped 4.35 points to 1,637.09 after 37 minutes of trading, compared with Wednesday's close of 1,641.44.
