Kuala lumpur: The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives ended higher today, reflecting the performance of the underlying cash market.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, the June 2026, July 2026, and September 2026 contracts rose 11.5 points each to 1,689.5, 1,692.0, and 1,675.5, respectively, while December 2026 added 11.0 points to 1,673.0. Turnover slipped to 6,507 lots from 7,499 lots on Thursday, while open interest declined to 31,623 contracts from 33,810 contracts previously.

At 5 pm, the FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) rose by 4.10 points or 0.24 percent to 1,683.63 compared with Thursday's close of 1,679.53.
