Cyberjaya: Construction company Kumpulan Kitacon Bhd (Kitacon) has secured a RM99.28 million construction project located in Cyberjaya, Selangor, from ParkCity Botanika Sdn Bhd.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, Kitacon announced in a Bursa Malaysia filing that its wholly owned subsidiary, Kitacon Sdn Bhd, accepted the letter of award from ParkCity on March 24, 2026. The project entails the construction of 128 units of three-storey terrace houses, 19 units of strata terraced houses with covered parking spaces (strata parcels), one guardhouse unit, one electrical substation unit, and a facilities area.

The company stated that the contract will commence on May 2, 2026, and is expected to be completed within 24 months from the start date. Kitacon emphasized that the contract will not impact the group's share capital or shareholding structure.

Kitacon also noted that the contract is anticipated to have a positive impact on the earnings and net assets per share of the company for the financial years ending December 31, 2026, onwards until the contract's completion.
