Kuala lumpur: Kia Sales Malaysia Sdn Bhd (KSM) has appointed Cycle and Carriage (CandC) as its latest authorised dealer partner, marking its long-term growth strategy and network expansion in Malaysia. KSM chief executive officer (CEO) Hyung Ho Kim stated that the partnership with CandC, which has over 125 years of automotive industry presence in Malaysia, reflects the South Korean automaker's commitment to strengthening its retail footprint and elevating customer experience.
According to BERNAMA News Agency, CandC Malaysia CEO Adrian Short expressed that Kia is a strong addition to its portfolio. The company is looking forward to leveraging its expertise and customer excellence in sales, after-sales, and service to enhance the brand's market reach in Malaysia. The collaboration is expected to improve Kia's sales touchpoints, aftersales support, and ownership experiences in line with the automaker's global standards.
Kia's global sales reached 3.13 million vehicles in 2025. The company established KSM as its wholly owned national sales company on November 3, 2025, with the unit managing nationwide sales, after-sales, training, wholesale, and retail operations beginning January 2026.
