Kuching:Kelington Group Bhd's subsidiary, Kelington Technologies Sdn Bhd, has secured an additional contract valued at approximately RM133 million. This contract has been awarded by a Sarawak-based manufacturing company and involves major structural steel works for an advanced data storage manufacturing facility project.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, the latest contract follows a previous RM172 million contract awarded on September 29, 2026, for engineering works and early-stage infrastructure development for the same facility.

The new contract is set to begin immediately and is expected to be completed by April 2028. Kelington Group's total value of secured contracts and purchase orders for this project has now reached approximately RM416 million.

Kelington Group noted that the new project is anticipated to positively impact its earnings and net assets for the financial years ending December 31, 2026, and beyond until project completion. Kelington Technologies also expects to continue securing more contracts from the same customer, covering various scopes of work related to the project in Kuching, Sarawak.
