Kelantan: Kelantan youths are being called upon to use the State Youth Conference as a springboard for leadership development and active participation in shaping the state’s future. State Assembly Speaker Datuk Mohd Amar Nik Abdullah said the conference provides a platform for youths to enhance their leadership skills and gain knowledge across diverse fields, including technology and history.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, the conference deputy director, Muhammad Aiman Saipullah, said 57 members of the Kelantan Youth Assembly were selected to participate in the programme. He added that six proposals would be presented during the conference, covering issues such as youth involvement in the state budget, rare earth element (REE) management, empowerment of arts and crafts, the establishment of a digital youth profiling platform, and initiatives to strengthen the state’s food security agenda.

‘Outstanding participants will receive special recognition from the Kelantan Future Leaders Institute as potential young leaders of the state, and all proposals will be submitted to the state government for further consideration,’ he said.
