KDI Group Drives North Nha Trang’s Coastal Lifestyle Transformation

Nha trang: KDI Group, the master developer of Vega City Nha Trang, announced that North Nha Trang is undergoing a geographical evolution, with the region's social and tourism landscape shifting toward an open, integrated model of coastal living. In a statement, the company said Vega City Nha Trang has transitioned into an active coastal enclave where daily life, local heritage, and a contemporary social rhythm coexist.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, KDI Group stated that the destination's appeal is reflected in its growing popularity, with the area recognized by international media as an emerging cultural and lifestyle hub in Southeast Asia. Looking ahead, the region is expected to further expand its presence through the introduction of high-altitude lifestyle resort concepts and immersive cultural venues, alongside waterfront cafes, art spaces, and live music-driven social areas.

The waterfront area features an evening social scene shaped by sunset activities, live music, and outdoor dining at venues including Natura, Hispania, and Shibui. The area's marine environment, including the 28-hectare V?n San ?o coral park, serves as a backdrop for ecological awareness, alongside the ³ Theatre, which blends regional folklore with modern stage technology and functions as a cultural landmark.

Next month, the ecosystem will introduce Vega Alora, completing the residential component of the destination. Residential and hospitality operations will be managed by The Ascott Limited under its lyf brand. The tower's food and beverage as well as social spaces will be curated and managed by Central by Sunset Hospitality Group. The oceanfront tower will serve as a gateway to the wider lifestyle ecosystem, providing access to the area's social and cultural offerings.

The integrated destination is also set to expand further with a 1,500-capacity international conference centre scheduled for next year, followed by an immersive cultural space dedicated to Vietnamese history in 2027.
