Kuala Lumpur: The Road Transport Department’s (JPJ) MySIKAP system experienced a disruption today, causing all JPJ counter services nationwide to be interrupted. Following this, JPJ director-general Datuk Aedy Fadly Ramli said all JPJ counter services in every state would be extended until 7 pm today.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, JPJ has taken immediate action, and system improvements are being carried out to restore operations as soon as possible. JPJ apologises for the disruption and deeply regrets any inconvenience experienced, he added.
