Kuala lumpur: The Road Transport Department of Malaysia (JPJ) has partnered with MONSTA to convey road safety messages through creative animation and digital content that resonates with the public.
According to BERNAMA News Agency, JPJ's official mascot, Fifi, made her debut appearance at the National Day parade alongside Mechamato, a popular animated character produced by MONSTA. This special appearance officially introduced Fifi to the public, embodying the spirit of patriotism and Malaysia's aspiration for a safer and more progressive future.
In a statement, JPJ highlighted that launching Fifi during the Merdeka celebration reflects their aim to introduce a local character relatable to youth while honoring national identity, unity, and patriotic spirit. "Fifi's appearance alongside Mechamato symbolizes the continuity of creativity and local animation intellectual property, bridging beloved characters with a new generation to deliver positive and inspiring messages to Malaysians," the statement read.
