Amman: Jordan will host an important meeting on Wednesday, bringing together foreign ministers from Arab states within the Arab Ministerial Committee. This committee is tasked with international efforts to confront illegal Israeli policies and measures in occupied Jerusalem. The meeting will also include the Secretary-General of the League of Arab States and foreign ministers from Indonesia, Pakistan, Turkey, and Malaysia.

According to Union of OIC News Agencies, the gathering aims to discuss the ongoing situation in Jerusalem, focusing on its Islamic and Christian holy sites. The objective is to develop a unified stance against the increasing illegal Israeli actions that threaten the identity of Jerusalem and its sacred sites.

The committee comprises several countries, including Tunisia, Algeria, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, Iraq, Palestine, Qatar, Egypt, Morocco, and the Secretary-General of the League of Arab States, alongside Jordan.
