Kuala lumpur: National Muay Thai sensation Muhammad Johan Ghazali Zulfikar suffered defeat to Lebanon's Ramadan Ondash in their ONE Championship bout at Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok today. Muhammad Johan, better known as Jojo, went down by split decision after both fighters battled through three fiercely contested rounds.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, Ramadan stepped up the pressure in the second round with a series of powerful attacks, but Jojo showed great resilience to withstand the onslaught and force the contest into the third round. In the final round, Jojo intensified his offensive in search of victory, but with neither fighter able to secure a knockout (KO), the winner was decided by the judges' scorecards.

The defeat marked Jojo's second consecutive loss following his defeat to Japan's Shimon Yoshinari in April.
