Johor: The Johor State Government has advised all residents in the state, especially those in the districts of Segamat, Kluang, Mersing, and Kota Tinggi, to remain vigilant, stay alert to current weather developments, and comply with instructions issued by the authorities. Johor Menteri Besar Datuk Onn Hafiz Ghazi noted that the Malaysian Meteorological Department (Met Malaysia) had issued a continuous rain warning, which was expected to take place from this Friday until next Monday.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, members of the public, particularly residents in the affected areas, are advised to remain cautious. The Johor State Government, through relevant agencies, will also continue to monitor the situation closely. He urged the people of Johor to pray for the state's wellbeing and protection.
