Kuala lumpur: The Immigration Department (JIM) will provide direct Malaysian International Passport (PMA) renewal services at IOI City Mall here for three days from July 16 to 18 through its Customer Meeting Day (HBPJIM) 2026 programme.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, JIM stated that the programme, held in conjunction with the 104th Immigration Day celebration, will operate from 10 am to 10 pm daily. In addition to on-site passport renewals, visitors can access various immigration-related services, including travel status and suspect list checks, advisory services on visas, passes and permits, foreign worker matters, expatriate services, and briefings on the National Integrated Immigration System (MyNIISE) application.

The programme will also showcase exhibitions on the new PMA, immigration enforcement, uniforms, career opportunities, and the department's service transformation initiatives. Visitors will have the chance to meet JIM mascots Wira and Srikandi, interact with members of the Special Tactical Team, and engage in numerous activities throughout the event. Registered visitors may also receive complimentary souvenirs, subject to availability.
