Kuala lumpur: JcbNext Bhd has announced the sale of its entire 9.45 percent equity interest in Nova Pharma Solutions Bhd for a total of RM5.21 million. This transaction comes after JcbNext accepted an unconditional mandatory takeover offer from Southern Score Builders Bhd.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, the investment holding company disclosed in a filing with Bursa Malaysia that the disposal comprised 14.08 million ordinary shares in Nova Pharma, sold at a price of 37 sen per share. The company stated, "Pursuant to paragraph 9.19(26) of the Main Market listing requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd, the board wishes to announce that JcbNext had on Jan 19, 2026, ceased to be a substantial shareholder of Nova Pharma following the disposal."

Nova Pharma Solutions Bhd is a Malaysian public company listed on the LEAP Market of Bursa Securities. The company is primarily engaged in providing technical documentation, validation, and project execution services in the pharmaceutical and biological industries.
