Durian tunggal: The Attorney General's Chambers (AGC) is studying and examining the investigation papers into the shooting incident that caused the deaths of three individuals in Durian Tunggal, Melaka in November last year.
According to BERNAMA News Agency, AGC in a statement announced that it had been briefed on the progress of the investigation into the case by the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM). "The AGC is studying and examining the investigation papers submitted in detail to determine any appropriate further instructions, if necessary," the statement said.
The department assured that any prosecution decision would be made based on the law and available evidence to ensure that justice is served to all parties.
