Imperial Lexis KL Presents ‘Menjamu Selera Di Dapur Imperial’ For Ramadan

Kuala lumpur: Imperial Lexis Kuala Lumpur is inviting guests to break their fast this Ramadan in true Malaysian style with 'Menjamu Selera di Dapur Imperial', a thoughtfully curated buffet dinner at Roselle Coffee House from Feb 25 to March 12. Available from 6.30 pm to 10 pm, the buffet features over 100 dishes presented through a daily rotating menu, blending refined sophistication with comforting traditional favourites, regional specialties, and international delights to ensure a fresh and exciting dining experience every evening.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, the buffet showcases signature Malaysian heritage dishes such as Sup Gear Box, Daging Rendang Tok, Kambing Kuzi, Udang Harimau Sambal, Ikan Tilapia Asam Pedas, Pucuk Paku Goreng Cili, Satay Kajang Ayam and Daging with Nasi Impit, and Bubur Lambuk served with classic condiments - each reflecting the depth and richness of local culinary traditions.

Complementing these time-honoured favourites is a generous seafood selection featuring baby lobsters, tiger prawns, scallops, and flower crabs, alongside a fresh Sashimi and Sushi counter offering salmon, tuna, maki rolls, and nigiri. Guests can also enjoy a wide array of local appetisers and kerabu, from Gado-gado and Rojak Buah to Kerabu Pucuk Paku, Kerabu Daging, and an assortment of traditional pickles and sambal.

The statement added that the experience is further elevated with diverse international offerings, including Grilled Lamb with Ratatouille, Beef Goulash, Baked Oysters with Cheese, Salmon with Pineapple and Mango Salsa, as well as Italian, Western, and Asian favourites across multiple live stations.

Other highlights include a Charcoal grill, Tempura bar, Roti Canai and Murtabak counter, Dim Sum selection, Cantonese-style barbecued delicacies, and a dedicated carving station featuring Biryani Kambing Panggang. The buffet concludes with an impressive dessert spread, including assorted Nyonya kuih, cheesecakes, artisanal chocolate creations, Ais Batu Campur (ABC), a Chocolate fountain, premium ice-cream selections, and an array of fresh tropical fruits.

Priced at RM238 nett per adult, RM168 nett per senior citizen (60 years and above), and RM128 nett per child (seven to 12 years), the buffet is thoughtfully designed for shared moments with family, friends, and colleagues. To mark the season, Imperial Lexis Kuala Lumpur is offering exclusive savings, including a 20 per cent discount with a minimum booking of four adults, applicable for selected credit card holders.
