IGP Helps Motorcyclist Involved In Accident

Kuala Lumpur: The Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Razarudin Husain assisted a motorcyclist involved in an accident on the Kuala Lumpur-Seremban Highway this morning. Speaking to Bernama, Razarudin said during the 7.39 am incident, he was en route to Bukit Aman to attend the monthly assembly accompanied by officers and escort vehicles.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, Razarudin mentioned that upon witnessing the incident, he instructed his driver to stop to provide assistance to the victim. He further asked his officers to contact the emergency hotline for dispatching an ambulance and traffic police officers to manage the traffic flow effectively.

Razarudin added that the victim, a man in his 50s who had sustained injuries on his legs and hands, was promptly sent to Hospital Cancelor Tuanku Muhriz UKM (Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia) for necessary treatment.

In a video that has gained significant traction on social media platforms, the motorcyclist, identified by his People’s Volunteer Corps (RELA) uniform, was seen crashing into the back of a car while attempting to avoid another vehicle.
