Hungry studio: Hungry Studio announced its flagship mobile title, Block Blast!, has been named "Best Puzzle Game" at the Sensor Tower APAC Awards 2025, following an evaluation based on Sensor Tower Intelligence and key performance indicators such as download velocity and user retention.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, the award reflects the game's strong global traction, with Block Blast! ranking No. 1 in more than 40 markets and available in over 200 countries and regions. The global casual gaming and entertainment company said the title's "drag-match-disappear" gameplay, delivered through its Classic and Adventure modes, has helped broaden appeal by combining accessible mechanics with progressively structured challenges.

In 2025, Hungry Studio strengthened its Asia-Pacific (APAC) presence through a "Player First" localisation strategy, including prefecture-based high-score events in Japan and celebrity collaborations in South Korea. Hungry Studio marked a milestone year in 2025, with its flagship title Block Blast! receiving multiple major accolades, including the App Ape Award (Special Game), the 2025 Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards and the Global Tech Awards 2025.
