Kuala lumpur: Huayan Robotics, an intelligent collaborative robotics specialist, will showcase its latest automation solutions at METALTECH and AUTOMEX 2026 from May 20 to 23 at the Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC). According to BERNAMA News Agency, Huayan Robotics will feature solutions tailored for welding applications and high-frequency industrial scenarios. These include collaborative welding robot models designed for large and complex workpieces, as well as a lightweight model equipped with a magnetic base for flexible deployment across multiple stations. The systems are designed for industries such as shipbuilding, structural steel fabrication, and metal fabrication, boasting features like force-controlled drag-to-teach, automatic seam tracking, and adaptive path correction. These innovations aim to reduce programming effort while enhancing welding precision and consistency.
In addition to welding solutions, Huayan Robotics will present its integrated automation solutions, including CNC loading and unloading robots known for high speed, precision, and stable operation. These systems are supported by strong partnerships with leading global machine tool manufacturers. The company's heavy-payload palletising robot solution, capable of handling up to 60 kilograms with a reach of 2.2 meters and eight to 13 cycles per minute, targets high-throughput industries such as food and beverage, daily chemicals, and logistics.
Furthermore, Huayan Robotics will display inspection robots equipped with artificial intelligence-enhanced 2.5D vision systems, designed to improve inspection accuracy and efficiency, thus providing smarter and more cost-effective quality control. Backed by over 20 years of expertise and following its listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX), Huayan Robotics is accelerating its global expansion, identifying Southeast Asia as a key strategic growth market.
