Johor bahru: Hospital Sultanah Aminah (HSA) has issued an urgent appeal for type O and AB blood donors as supplies of both types are running low. In a Facebook post, the hospital's Transfusion Medicine Department encouraged potential donors to check the Johor Bahru Blood Donation Campaign Schedule page for available donation locations.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, blood donation drives are being organized at various locations to address this shortage. Donors can visit the Johor Blood Donation Centre at Mid Valley Southkey from today through Sunday, with operating hours from 10 am to 6.30 pm. Additional donation events are set at AEON Mall Bukit Indah today, Saturday, and Sunday, from 10 am to 3 pm. The HSA Blood Donation Centre is also open for donations today and tomorrow from 8 am to 4.30 pm.
