Baku:Holafly has launched its Ultra Plan, a new subscription tier that combines unlimited mobile data with health and wellbeing services, as well as assistance with travel disruptions. This offering is part of Holafly Plans and targets digital nomads, students studying abroad, and frequent travelers, aiming to support their health needs while they are away from home.
According to BERNAMA News Agency, the Ultra Plan was developed following Holafly's research, which revealed that 47.5% of frequent and long-stay travelers had either delayed or avoided medical care while abroad, despite feeling the need for it. Additionally, a study by MBO Partners highlighted that 23% of American digital nomads experience travel burnout, and 19% face loneliness as a challenge.
Metin Kastro, Holafly's Chief Operating Officer, stated that the Ultra Plan promises peace of mind for travelers by ensuring they remain connected and have access to support when needed. The plan, priced at 84.9 euros per month, includes features such as 24/7 doctor chat, unlimited mental wellbeing sessions, nutrition and personal training support, and online veterinary advice.
Subscribers will also benefit from unlimited data in over 160 destinations, unlimited hotspot use, and a local phone number for receiving texts, including two-factor authentication codes. Additional services include assistance with flight compensation claims, luggage protection for lost, delayed, or damaged baggage, and 24-hour human customer support. The Ultra Plan complements the existing Light and Unlimited tiers within Holafly Plans.
