Henley and Partners Invites Nominations for 2025 Global Citizen Award

London: Henley and Partners, an international residence and citizenship advisory firm, in collaboration with the Swiss-based Andan Foundation, is now accepting nominations for the 2025 Global Citizen Award, open until June 30.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, the award seeks to recognize individuals who demonstrate vision, courage, and innovation in driving global change. Dr. Christian H. Kaelin, Henley and Partners Chairman and Andan Foundation Founder, emphasized the importance of supporting those who are actively creating meaningful change in the lives of vulnerable communities worldwide. He stated, “Each of our Global Citizen Award recipients has moved us with their courage to tackle challenges many consider overwhelming.”

The 2025 laureate will be selected by a distinguished, independent committee and honoured at the Global Citizen Award ceremony. This gala evening event will be part of the annual Henley and Partners Global Citizenship Conference, taking place at The Dorchester, London, from November 2 to 4.

The award includes a bespoke sculptural medal designed by Italian artist Antonio Nocera, an award certificate signed by the Chairman of the Global Citizen Award Committee, and a monetary prize of US$20,000, which supports the awardee’s humanitarian efforts. Additionally, Henley and Partners commits to working closely with the awardee for one year, raising awareness of their work through the firm’s network of more than 60 offices worldwide.

Honouring remarkable individuals, previous recipients include German entrepreneur Harald H¶ppner, who set up the refugee humanitarian aid project Sea Watch; Dr. Imtiaz Sooliman, Founder of the Gift of the Givers Foundation, Africa’s largest disaster relief organisation; and Monique Morrow, Co-Founder of The Humanized Internet.
