PETALING JAYA: The Halal Development Corporation Berhad (HDC) has announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the State Institution Centre for the Development of Halal Industry under the Ministry of Economy and Commerce of the Kyrgyz Republic.
According to BERNAMA News Agency, this development follows HDC’s participation in the first Bilateral Consultation between Malaysia and the Kyrgyz Republic, which took place in February 2024 in Bishkek. The consultation, organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, aimed at exploring potential collaborations in the halal industry.
