Hakim Danish Exhibits Resurgence, Finishes 12th in San Marino GP

According to BERNAMA News Agency, the 19-year-old AEON Credit-MT Helmets-MSI racer began the race from the 25th position and gradually improved his standing throughout the 20-lap race, eventually crossing the finish line 22.335 seconds behind the winner.

Championship leader Maximo Quiles from CFMOTO Gaviota Aspar Team claimed victory after a fierce battle in the final lap, recording a time of 33 minutes 42.713s, narrowly defeating pole sitter David Almansa from Liqui Moly Dynavolt Intact GP by just 0.021s.

Brian Uriarte from Red Bull KTM Ajo completed the Spanish riders' dominance on the podium by securing third place, 1.343s behind Quiles.

The 12th place finish earned Hakim Danish four championship points, bringing his total to 94 points and maintaining his eighth position in the Moto3 World Championship standings after 14 rounds.

Meanwhile, Quiles strengthened his lead in the championship as his victory increased his total points from 256 to 281. Almansa now has 174 points after finishing as the runner-up, while Red Bull KTM Ajo rider Angel Carpe remains third with 159 points.

The next championship round will shift to the Austrian Grand Prix at the Red Bull Ring, Spielberg, from September 18 to 20.
